Every item we sell is made to order - nothing sits on a shelf waiting. We source your garments fresh from our supplier, then decorate them in-house with embroidery or vinyl print before sending them out to you. Here's everything you need to know.

Orders & Turnaround

We place supplier orders every Monday. If you order before Sunday, your items enter the next batch. Stock typically arrives within 1–3 days, after which we get straight to work on decoration.

Standard turnaround: approx. 5–8 working days from order.

Shipping & Free Delivery

Standard shipping: £6.99 to mainland UK. Typically delivered 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may incur additional charges - contact us before ordering.

Decoration Methods

Embroidery - best for polos, workwear, caps, and hats. Gives a premium, long-lasting finish. Ideal for logos and text.

Vinyl print - best for t-shirts, hoodies, and bold or colourful designs. Great for photographic prints and complex artwork.

Your Artwork & Design

We can work with your existing artwork or help you develop something from scratch.

Accepted formats: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution PNG (300dpi+).

Embroidery requires a one-off digitising fee per design - this is a one-time cost and the file is yours to reuse on future orders. Already have a .DST or .EMB file? Send it over and the fee is waived.

Complex designs may incur a small surcharge, shown at checkout. For particularly complex designs or very high stitch counts, large embroidery pricing may not apply - we'll contact you before proceeding if we need to quote separately.

Proofing & Approval

If your artwork is print-ready we'll go straight to production - no unnecessary delays. If we spot anything that might affect the quality of your finished item, we'll contact you before we start.

Want to see a proof before we proceed? Just mention it in your order notes and we'll send one over first.

Nothing gets printed or embroidered without us being confident it'll look great.

Custom Stickers

Design your stickers using our Sticker Studio - choose your shape, size, quantity, and finish with instant pricing.

If your artwork is clean and print-ready we'll go straight to production. If anything needs attention we'll be in touch first. Want a proof? Add a note at checkout.

Accepted formats: PNG (transparent background preferred), AI, EPS, PDF, SVG.

Stock & Availability

Our stock levels refresh weekly from our supplier. What you see is as up to date as we can make it.

If a colour or size looks low, we'd recommend getting in touch before ordering to confirm availability - supplier stock can move fast.

Occasionally items or colourways are discontinued. If this affects your order we'll contact you straight away.

Care & Washing

To keep your decorated garments looking their best:

  • Avoid tumble drying embroidered items where possible
  • Do not iron directly over vinyl prints
  • Avoid bleach and dry cleaning

Returns & Issues

Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection - please double-check sizing guides before ordering.

If there's a fault, error, or damage on our side, we will always put it right. Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.
